Parker Smith Inclusion is partnering with an inspiring SEND Alternative Education Provision to recruit Teachers to join their team ASAP.

Our school are looking to interview ASAP.

The School:

This warm and inclusive school, catering to students with social, emotional and mental health needs, as well as some who may have a dual diagnosis of Autism and SEMH. You will need to be able to support students who are disengaged with education and have many trust issues. 

The school provides a safe, structured, and therapeutic environment where every child is supported holistically to thrive academically and emotionally.

The Role:

  • Full-time SEMH Teacher

  • Deliver engaging, adapted lessons tailored to each pupil's EHCP

  • Foster emotional regulation and positive behaviour strategies

  • Collaborate closely with therapists, support staff, and parents

Who We’re Looking For:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) is essential
    (Strong unqualified teachers with a solid background in SEND will also be considered)

  • Proven experience or a genuine passion for working with Autistic and SEMH learners

  • Knowledge of trauma-informed practice and inclusive pedagogy

  • Strong communication skills and a calm, empathetic approach
