Nurture Teacher – Richmond
Start Date: September 2025
Salary: £186 - £248 PAYE per day, in line with MPS Outer London
Contract: Full-time, Long-Term to Permanent
Are you passionate about nurture-based teaching? We’re looking for a Nurture Teacher to join a specialist school in Richmond, supporting children with SEMH (Social, Emotional, and Mental Health needs). You'll create a safe, structured, and supportive learning environment using a relational, trauma-informed approach.

Your Role as a Nurture Teacher:
- Deliver a flexible, creative curriculum that supports both academic and emotional development.
- Work closely with Teaching Assistants and Therapists to provide tailored interventions.
- Foster trust and security through consistent relationships and routines.
Who We’re Looking For:
- A qualified teacher (QTS/QTLS) with experience in SEMH, SEND, or Nurture Groups.
- Someone with a calm, empathetic approach and a strong understanding of attachment-aware practice.
