We are working with a trust seeking a dedicated Occupational Therapist to join their team. This role involves working part-time, 3 days a week, across two schools located in Harlow. For the right candidate, there is also the potential for a full-time position.
Position Details:
- Role: Occupational Therapist (OT)
- Schedule: Part-time (3 days a week) with the option for full-time
- Location: Harlow
- Pay Range: £150 - £230 per day (PAYE)
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality occupational therapy to students with SEMH needs
- Develop and implement individualised therapy plans
- Work collaboratively with teachers, parents, and other professionals to support student development
- Conduct assessments and provide feedback on student progress
- Promote a positive and inclusive school environment
Requirements:
- Qualified Occupational Therapist with relevant certifications
- Experience working with students with SEMH needs
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team
- Commitment to promoting student well-being and inclusion
