SEMH Specialist Service
Salary: £44,101 – £49,447 per annum
Full-time, Hybrid
A therapeutic SEMH specialist service, where you will support pupils to thrive, grow, and reach their full potential. Working within a nurturing, trauma-informed, and multidisciplinary team, you can play a key role in helping pupils develop independence, build communication skills, and strengthen emotional regulation. Every day brings variety, purpose, and the chance to see the real impact of your work. You have the opportunity to support pupils with complex SEMH needs through tailored, meaningful interventions, working closely with teachers, pastoral teams, families, and external professionals to provide holistic support, contributing to EHCPs, risk assessments, and behaviour support planning, designing engaging, therapeutic activities that encourage participation, confidence, and learning, This setting is a supportive and welcoming environment where your voice and expertise are valued, they offer ongoing training and guidance in therapeutic and trauma-informed approaches with the opportunity to be part of a collaborative team that truly cares about the outcomes for each child.
