Office and Compliance Administrator - Shenfield - £27-28k

Our success and expansion over the past 5 years, as SEND industry experts, has led to us seeking an office and compliance administrator to join our supportive and values-driven team!
Job role includes:
- Serve as first point of person for:
- Maintenance
- Supplies
- Equipment
- Room bookings
- Meetings room bookings
- First point of contact for office vendors and service providers
- Supporting compliance team where required with vetting checks for agency workers such as references, DBS checks, RTW checks, supporting candidate queries on file.
- Helping to streamline payroll queries from contractors, liaising with Numbermill where required/ reviewing Sage and communicating back to the contractor
- Coordinate with suppliers including IT and CRM
- Office administration duties across both offices
