This inclusive and well-established primary school in Camden is looking to appoint a One-to-One Teaching Assistant to support a Year 3 pupil with Autism (ASC). The role does not involve personal care, but the pupil will need support with emotional regulation and maintaining focus throughout the school day.

The Role
As a One-to-One Teaching Assistant, you will provide tailored support to help your pupil engage with learning and feel confident within the classroom environment. You will work alongside the class teacher and SENCO to deliver consistent support and implement effective strategies.

- Building a strong, supportive relationship with the pupil
- Supporting access to learning and adapting activities when needed
- Assisting with emotional regulation and transitions
- Encouraging independence and confidence
- Working closely with staff to ensure a consistent approach
