Job Type: Full-Time, Term-Time Only
Contract: Permanent
Start Date: September 2026
Are you a Paediatric Occupational Therapist looking for a role where you can grow your clinical skills, work within a genuinely collaborative MDT, and make a lasting difference to children and young people with complex needs?
This is an exciting opportunity to join a highly specialist SEN school in Brent where therapy is fully embedded into the school day and every pupil is supported through a holistic, child-centred approach.
The school supports children and young people aged 3–19 with autism, complex physical and medical needs, developmental disabilities, Down’s syndrome, and a wide range of cognitive and learning needs. The caseload is broad, varied, and incredibly rewarding, offering the opportunity to develop specialist skills across sensory, physical, functional, and developmental areas within one setting.
You will become part of a fully integrated on-site multidisciplinary team, working alongside Occupational Therapists, Speech & Language Therapists, Physiotherapists, Therapy Assistants, and Creative Arts Therapists. This collaborative model allows therapists to work closely with education staff to ensure strategies are consistently implemented throughout the school day, helping pupils access learning, communication, independence, and everyday life skills.
