Position - Pastoral Lead
Location - Greenwich, South East London
Salary - £43,824 – £45,399 + SEN Allowance

As an experienced pastoral professional, you want to make a real difference. But sometimes, the environment around you can limit the impact you know you’re capable of having, this is a chance to change that.
This specialist SEND provision has been built to support both students and staff. The team is approachable, committed, and united by a shared purpose, supporting young people with complex mental health needs. With a hands-on and supportive Senior Leadership Team, you’ll be part of a culture where collaboration is real and staff are genuinely valued.
As Pastoral Manager within a dedicated nurture provision, you’ll play a key role in supporting students’ wellbeing, safety, and engagement.
You’ll work closely with students, families, and external agencies, acting as a central point of contact while leading on safeguarding, attendance, and pastoral support. From responding in moments of crisis using trauma-informed approaches, to contributing to long-term strategies, your impact will be both immediate and lasting.
And you’ll be supported every step of the way, working alongside a strong, experienced team who share your commitment.
If you’re already working in a pastoral, safeguarding, or SEND-focused role. You understand the complexity of supporting vulnerable young people, you just need the right setting to do your best work.
