Parker Smith Inclusion are supporting a large all-through school with a dedicated ASD provision, and over 100 children on EHCPs in the mainstream. We are seeking enthusiastic and experienced Special Educational Needs (SEN) Teaching Assistants to join our team.

About the Role
As a permanent SEN Teaching Assistant, you will:
- Work closely with teachers and other staff to support students with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) in accessing the curriculum.
- Provide tailored support to meet individual needs, fostering a positive and inclusive learning environment.
- Assist in the development and implementation of personalized learning strategies.
- Promote social, emotional, and academic development.
- Help ensure a safe and nurturing environment for all students.
- Work alongside other professionals such as Speech & Language therapists, OTs and SENCOs.
About You
To be successful in this role, you must:
- Have proven experience working with children with autism.
- Demonstrate a compassionate and patient approach to supporting students with special educational needs.
- Be an excellent communicator with strong interpersonal skills.
- Show a commitment to fostering an inclusive and supportive learning environment.
- Have a positive, proactive, and flexible attitude to work.
