Long term with the opportunity to go permanent
Parker Smith Inclusion are working in partnership with a specialist college that supports students from 16-25 and their primary need is autism. Being part of this small organisation is being part of something special, as they are looking to expand their college across East London, already working in partnerships with Universities, Law Firms and local food banks to promote employability young people with autism.
This school treats all agency staff equal to permanent staff, offering Pilates on a Monday, fitness class on a Thursday free lunches, first aid and team teach training. In return they want candidates that can commit to their school and their students, bring passion, drive and enthusiasm to the day!

Then supporting the higher needs students that are more independent and able to go out on work placements, referring them to other employability schemes, encouraging positive relationships and how to behave in a workplace setting.

- Preparing for adulthood experience
- Personal experience with autism is also of interest as long as you have a genuine understanding of the needs of students you'd be working with
- Independant living experience
You will be required to have a child & adult DBS check done for this role, if you don't have one on the update service Parker Smith Inclusion can process one for you at a small cost.
This college is easily accessible from Bow Church (DLR) or Stratford then a short Bus journey you will be required to do a trial week with this school therefore need to be able to commit to this.
