The school is a specialist post-16 provision that supports young people with Autism and additional learning needs. It offers personalised learning programmes that focus on developing independence, confidence, and practical life skills. Alongside academic support, students take part in vocational training and work experience opportunities to help prepare them for employment or further education. The overall aim is to help learners build the skills they need to transition successfully into adult life.

About the role:
You will be responsible for supporting students across post-16 classes helping them to prepare for life after education. Besides assisting with their academic needs focusing on entry level qualifications, you will be given the opportunity to support them outside of the school setting with an emphasis on working in the community.
