Post-16 SEND Teaching Assistant | SEMH & Autism | Croydon
£95–£110 per day PAYE | Full-Time | September Start
Are you an experienced Teaching Assistant who thrives on building strong relationships with young people?
Do you have experience supporting students with SEMH (Social, Emotional and Mental Health needs), Autism, or challenging behaviour?
We are working with a specialist Post-16 SEND provision in Croydon that is looking for a confident, reliable, and resilient Teaching Assistant to join their dedicated team this September.
This is an opportunity to work in a therapeutic, trauma-informed setting where every member of staff is committed to helping young people overcome barriers to learning and prepare for adulthood.
You'll be supporting students with SEMH, low-presenting Autism, and associated additional needs, helping them regulate their emotions, engage with learning, develop independence, and achieve meaningful outcomes.
No two days are the same, but every day offers the chance to make a genuine difference.
