A welcoming primary school in Kingsbury is looking for a Higher Level Teaching Assistant who leads with confidence, adapts without fuss, and genuinely cares about the children who need support the most.
The role
You'll work across KS1 and KS2, covering classes and running targeted interventions for pupils with additional needs. Day to day, that means leading pre-planned lessons, delivering 1:1 and small group support, and working closely with class teachers and the SENCO to help pupils meet their EHCP targets. The school has a strong inclusion ethos and they put real resource into getting it right for every child.
