Teachers' Pay Scale + SEN Allowance

We are looking for a dedicated and empathetic Primary Teacher to join a fantastic Complex Needs School in Enfield. What The School Is Looking For

  • A Primary trained teacher with a strong desire to work with children who have complex needs.
  • Experience in a special educational needs (SEN) setting is beneficial, but we also welcome applications from mainstream teachers who are eager to make a positive impact in a specialist environment.
  • A patient, flexible, and creative approach to teaching, with the ability to adapt lessons to meet the diverse needs of each student.
  • A commitment to providing a nurturing, structured, and engaging learning environment where children feel safe, supported, and encouraged to develop both academically and socially.

What’s The School Offer

  • Teachers' Pay Scale with an SEN Allowance to reflect your experience and dedication.
  • Small class sizes ensure personalised attention and meaningful learning experiences.
  • Access to specialist resources and facilities designed for students with complex needs.
  • Ongoing professional development opportunities, with a focus on enhancing your skills in SEN and inclusive teaching practices.
  • A supportive leadership team that values your expertise and offers guidance for professional growth.
