A wonderful and diverse school in East London is seeking dedicated SEND Teaching Assistants to support the new intake of students with SEND. This is an exciting opportunity for an individual who is passionate about inclusive education and committed to ensuring the very best outcomes for pupils with additional needs.
The school has a large cohort of pupils with EHCPs and additional learning needs, all of whom benefit from the support of a skilled and experienced team of specialist SEND staff. You will have the opportunity to work closely with the SENCo to deliver targeted interventions, personalised support plans, and nurturing pastoral care.
The Senior Leadership Team is deeply involved in the day-to-day running of the school. They are approachable, forward-thinking, and operate with a genuine open-door ethos. Their supportive leadership culture ensures that staff feel valued, listened to, and empowered in their roles.
