About the Role:
- Supporting class teachers in delivering engaging and inclusive lessons
- Assisting with the development and implementation of Individual Education Plans (IEPs)
- Providing tailored support to students with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND)
- Creating a positive and safe learning environment for all pupils
- Helping to foster a culture of achievement, respect, and collaboration

- Previous experience in a classroom or educational setting
- A proactive, adaptable, and enthusiastic attitude
