Your Impact
As a Primary Teacher in this specialist setting, you will:

Inspire and engage pupils with SEMH and additional SEND through creative, personalised teaching

Who We’re Looking For
You will be:

A qualified teacher (QTS) or on track to qualify

Passionate about supporting pupils with SEMH needs

Resilient, nurturing and emotionally intelligent

Confident in behaviour support rooted in empathy and consistency

Motivated by impact, not just outcomes
Experience in a special school, SEMH setting or alternative provision is highly desirable, but passionate mainstream teachers with the right mindset are encouraged to apply.
