Your role
• Plan and deliver personalised lessons linked to EHCP outcomes
• Teach using structured, sensory-aware and developmentally appropriate approaches
• Create a calm, safe and predictable classroom environment
• Support communication, regulation, independence and life skills
• Use trauma-informed and child-centred behaviour strategies
• Work collaboratively with Teaching Assistants, therapists and external professionals
• Track progress in meaningful, realistic and pupil-centred ways
