Parker Smith Inclusion is delighted to be working with an all-through Pupil Referral Unit (PRU) in the heart of Redbridge, seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Primary Teacher to support young learners. The Role

  • Full-time (Monday to Friday), term-time only, teaching across the primary phase with a focus on individualised learning.
  • Plan and deliver creative, engaging lessons that inspire young learners to achieve their potential.
  • Support the academic, social, and emotional development of students within a nurturing and inclusive classroom setting.
  • Collaborate closely with a dedicated team to tailor learning to the unique needs of each student.

About You

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • QTS (Qualified Teacher Status) and experience teaching in a primary school setting.
  • A resilient, patient, and empathetic approach, with a passion for working in a PRU environment.
  • A strong commitment to inclusion and supporting students to overcome barriers to learning.
