The Role
As an SEMH Teacher, you will play a vital role in shaping the educational and emotional journey of your students. You will be working with small groups, allowing you to build strong, trusting relationships and tailor your teaching to meet each learner’s individual needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver engaging, creative, and differentiated lessons that meet the diverse needs of students with SEMH challenges

- Create a positive, structured, and inclusive classroom environment where students feel safe to learn and express themselves
- Work collaboratively with colleagues, support staff, and external professionals to develop and implement effective intervention strategies

What We’re Looking For
We are searching for individuals who are not only skilled educators but also compassionate and resilient role models. You will ideally have:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or an equivalent teaching qualification
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
