MS Primary School within the SEN Provision 

Are you an experienced Teacher with SEN experience looking for the next step within your career? Perhaps you want to step away from the classroom but still have your hand within planning & PPA? 

A mainstream primary school with a large SEN Provision consisting of 3 classes varying from severe to moderate SEN needs are in need of a SEN Lead Teacher starting from September 2026. The purpose of your role is to lead the 3 classrooms, managing staff within the resource provision, planning lessons, supporting with PPA and seeing the overall running of the provision. 

You will need to be a Teacher that is committed to creating engaging lessons and adapting them to meet the needs of all the students, you will need to be creative and always thinking of new ideas! Also being a warm and empathetic person as the other staff members will be looking to you for support and encouragement when needed. 

You will be part of a larger team meaning you're able to lean on colleagues for ideas.
