Are you a recent Psychology graduate looking to gain hands-on experience working with children and young people?
We are recruiting motivated and compassionate Psychology Graduates to work in schools and specialist educational settings across Camden. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals considering a future career in educational psychology, clinical psychology, child mental health, SEN, or therapy-based roles.
You will be supporting students with a range of needs, including autism social emotional mental health, and learning difficulties, working closely with teachers and specialist staff.
The Role:

Supporting pupils on a 1:1 or small-group basis

Assisting with emotional regulation, behaviour, and engagement in learning

Implementing strategies recommended by SEN and mental health professionals

Building positive, trusting relationships with students

Gaining valuable experience in an educational setting
Ideal Candidate:

A Psychology degree (or related subject)

A genuine interest in child development, mental health, or special education

Patient, resilient, and empathetic in approach

Strong communication and interpersonal skills
-
Experience working with children or young people is desirable but not essential
