We're working with an inclusive primary school in Brent looking for a Graduate SEN Teaching Assistant to join their specialist SEND team this September.
The school has a strong therapeutic approach, supporting pupils with Autism (ASC), ADHD, SEMH and communication needs. You'll work alongside experienced teachers, therapists and the SENCO in a collaborative environment where your development is genuinely encouraged.
Your role:
✅ Support pupils with Autism, SEMH and additional needs
✅ Deliver 1:1 and small group interventions
✅ Promote communication, emotional regulation and engagement
✅ Support EHCP targets alongside teachers and therapists
✅ Help create an inclusive and nurturing learning environment
We're looking for someone who:
✔ Holds a Psychology degree (or a related subject)
✔ Has an interest in SEND, mental health or child development
✔ Is calm, patient and emotionally resilient
✔ Builds positive relationships with children
✔ Is considering a career in Educational Psychology, Clinical Psychology, Therapy or SEN teaching
