You’ll develop practical skills in communication strategies, behaviour support, and emotional regulation, while playing a key role in creating a safe, inclusive environment where every child feels understood, valued, and able to thrive.

Comprehensive training in communication strategies, behaviour support, and personal care
-
Experience supporting pupils with a range of complex needs, including non-verbal learners
-
A nurturing, inclusive setting with a strong therapeutic ethos

A recent graduate in Psychology, Education, or a related field
-
Previous SEND experience is welcomed but not essential
-
Empathy, resilience, creativity, and a flexible approach
-
A genuine passion for supporting children and young people with autism and/or severe learning difficulties
This role is perfectly suited to aspiring Educational, Clinical, or Child Psychologists seeking meaningful, practical experience in a specialist SEND setting.
