An Ofsted Outstanding specialist SEND school in Enfield has a fantastic opportunity to join their team as a SEN Teaching Assistant starting in September. You will support primary-aged children with a range of complex needs, including ASC. Many of the pupils are non-verbal and communicate through other means, such as symbols, and may require personal care.
This school strives for a flourishing environment that supports individuals PSED and creates opportunities for them to become confident and ready for their next steps. You will be provided with full training for the role, as well as being provided with career pathways where you could progress into HLTA roles, teacher training or specialist therapeutic roles. Temp to perm opportunities are available to those seeking a long-term career in SEND.
This role is perfect for psychology (or related field) graduates who are aspiring Educational, Clinical, or Child Psychologists or are seeking to gain experience and are passionate about SEND.
