From nurturing primary schools to inclusive secondary schools and dedicated SEMH/SEND specialist settings, they are seeking Graduate SEND Support Staff to help support their young people on 1:1 or a small group basis.

This gives you an opportunity to expand on your career while gaining continuous on-the-job training.

Working with additional needs such as ASC, ADHD, SEMH, MLD, SLD, ODD and PMLD is such a rewarding opportunity and allows you to make a lasting impact on young people and throughout their education. By stepping into a support role, it gives you an amazing way to gain practical experience and knowledge.
