Key Responsibilities:
• Support children with SEN including autism and SEMH needs

• Assist teachers in delivering inclusive and differentiated lessons
Requirements:
• Psychology degree or related subject
• Passion for SEN, mental health, and child development
• Calm, resilient, and empathetic approach
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Experience working with children or young people (desirable but not essential)
