About the Role:
- Teach in either primary or secondary schools, depending on your experience and expertise.
- Competitive salary aligned with the M1–M6 pay scale.
- Support students with SEN by delivering tailored lessons and managing challenging behaviours.
Your Responsibilities Will Include:
- Designing engaging, differentiated lessons that meet the unique needs of your students.
- Encouraging emotional and social development alongside academic progress.
- Supporting behaviour management strategies to create a positive learning environment.
- Working collaboratively with teaching assistants, SENCOs, and parents to ensure student success.
What We’re Looking For:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) with experience teaching SEN students.
- A compassionate and resilient approach to teaching children with complex needs.
- A strong commitment to inclusion and supporting positive outcomes for students.
