School-Based Speech and Language Therapist (Band 5–7)
Reigate, Surrey
£35,000 – £50,000 per annum (dependent on experience & banding)
Full-time, Term-time only

We’re supporting a specialist school in the Reigate area that is looking for an experienced and passionate Speech and Language Therapist to join their team. They are open to applications from Band 6 or Band 7 therapists, and will also consider a confident Band 5 with experience in Autism, communication needs, or education-based work.

About the Role
As the school’s Speech and Language Therapist, you will support children and young people with:
- Autism / ASC
- Language and communication needs
- Social communication differences
- Processing or learning difficulties
- Sensory or emotional regulation needs
Your responsibilities will include:
- Conducting assessments and setting communication targets
- Delivering 1:1 and small-group intervention
- Supporting and advising teaching and support staff
- Contributing to EHCP reviews and progress tracking
- Helping shape a communication-friendly school environment
