Parker Smith Inclusion is looking for a Learning Support Assistant to support secondary-aged pupils with SEND in Thurrock.
You'll help pupils access learning, follow classroom routines and build confidence, working alongside teachers and other support staff.
What we're looking for
Previous school experience isn't essential. Experience in education, care, support work or youth work would be useful, but we're also open to people looking to start a career in SEND.
You'll need to be patient, reliable and calm under pressure, with a willingness to learn and adapt to pupils' individual needs.
