About the Role:
As a SEND Secondary Teaching Assistant, your role will be integral in providing bespoke support to students with a wide range of SEND. You will work closely with teachers to ensure that students are supported in accessing the curriculum and making meaningful progress. Your responsibilities will include:
- Providing one-to-one and small group support for students with varying needs
- Assisting in the development and implementation of personalised learning plans
- Promoting an inclusive classroom environment where all students feel valued
- Monitoring and reporting on pupil progress, offering feedback to ensure continual improvement
