Parker Smith Inclusion is proud to be partnering with a truly inspiring Social, Emotional, and Mental Health (SEMH) school that is growing and evolving — and we’re looking for the right person to grow with them.
Starting in September 2025, the school is seeking a Science and Maths Teacher to work closely with small groups of just eight students, creating a learning environment where every child feels seen, supported, and successful.
This isn’t just another teaching job.
It’s a chance to take your skills and passion for Science and Maths and make a real difference — not only in the lives of students but in the wider SEMH community.
The school is currently building a state-of-the-art, purpose-built facility, set to open in September 2026, just around the corner from their current site. With this exciting expansion comes real opportunities for personal career growth, whether that’s stepping into a Head of Department, Pastoral Lead, or wider leadership role in the future.
We’re looking for a teacher who:
-
Has direct experience teaching Science or Maths (ideally both).
-
Is excited about working in a nurturing, supportive SEMH environment.
-
Brings creativity, resilience, and a genuine belief that every child can achieve.
-
Wants to be part of a trust and SLT team where ideas and collaboration are celebrated.
You’ll be working with an incredibly supportive senior leadership team and a wider trust that shares best practices across all their schools.
The salary will be offered in line with Main Pay Scale 1 – Upper Pay Scale 3, depending on experience.
If you’re looking for a role where your skills will be valued, your career will be nurtured, and your impact will be felt every day, this could be the perfect next step.
Start date: September 2025
Location: Harlow
Salary: MPS 1 to UPS 3 (depending on experience)
Are you ready to reimagine what’s possible in SEMH education?
We would love to hear from you.
