Parker Smith Inclusion is delighted to be partnering with a brand-new SEMH, trauma-informed school in Harlow. We are looking for passionate and committed Secondary Teachers to join this exciting new provision, supporting pupils across Key Stages 3 and 4.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Teaching and supporting pupils across KS3 and KS4 within small, well-supported classes
- Creating inclusive, engaging and structured learning environments tailored to individual needs
- Adapting your teaching approach to support a range of learning styles and behavioural needs
- Supporting pupils with SEMH needs and those who may have experienced trauma
- Building positive, trusting relationships that encourage confidence, engagement and wellbeing
What We’re Looking For
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
- Experience working with pupils with Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) needs
- A genuine passion for inclusive education and supporting young people with additional needs
- Creativity and flexibility in adapting teaching strategies to suit each individual
- A calm, resilient and compassionate approach
