Role Overview

Provide 1:1 and small group support to pupils with SEMH needs

Use de-escalation, restorative and trauma-informed approaches to manage behaviour

Support teachers in delivering structured routines and personalised interventions

Help pupils develop coping strategies, confidence and positive relationships
Requirements

Experience supporting children or young people with SEMH or behavioural needs

Calm, patient and resilient approach

Strong communication and relationship-building skills

Genuine passion for helping pupils overcome barriers and achieve their goals
