Are you a passionate and experienced Learning Assistant ready to make a real impact in the lives of children with social, emotional, and mental health needs?

We are proud to be working in close partnership with a well-established SEMH specialist school that provides a nurturing, structured, and inclusive learning environment for pupils who require tailored support to achieve their full potential. As part of this partnership, we are seeking dedicated and skilled Learning Assistants to join a dynamic and highly supportive team.

🌈 In Return, You’ll Receive:

  • The chance to be part of a school community that values every member of staff and invests in their professional growth.
  • Ongoing CPD and training in trauma-informed practice, restorative approaches, and therapeutic interventions.
  • Support from a committed leadership team and multi-agency professionals.
  • The opportunity to work in a role where every day brings purpose and impact.
