Position: Full-Time | Long Term - Permanent
Salary: £100 - £110 per day (Depending on Experience & Qualifications)

A small, welcoming Secondary school in Redbridge are seeking a SEMH Learning Coach to join their welcoming team for September. You have the opportunity too-

  • Plan, organise and deliver interventions that support students' individual learning and development.
  • Work collaboratively with teachers to identify effective strategies that enable students to access learning and achieve success.
  • Build positive relationships with parents and carers, providing regular updates on students' progress and celebrating achievements.
  • Liaise effectively with external agencies and professionals to ensure that agreed outcomes are implemented successfully.
  • Encourage the development of positive social skills, confidence and emotional wellbeing.
  • Promote independence by helping students develop the skills and resilience needed to become confident learners.
  • Adapt learning activities and resources, including classwork and homework, to meet students' individual needs and maximise their progress.
