Position: Full-Time | Long Term - Permanent
Salary: £100 - £110 per day (Depending on Experience & Qualifications)
Start Date: September 2026/ASAP

You have the opportunity too-
- Plan, organise and deliver interventions that support students' individual learning and development.
- Work collaboratively with teachers to identify effective strategies that enable students to access learning and achieve success.
- Build positive relationships with parents and carers, providing regular updates on students' progress and celebrating achievements.
- Liaise effectively with external agencies and professionals to ensure that agreed outcomes are implemented successfully.
- Encourage the development of positive social skills, confidence and emotional wellbeing.
- Promote independence by helping students develop the skills and resilience needed to become confident learners.
- Adapt learning activities and resources, including classwork and homework, to meet students' individual needs and maximise their progress.
