Parker Smith is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Teaching Assistant to join our team in Chelmsford. You will be working across primary and secondary schools, supporting students with ASD, ADHD, SEMH, and challenging behaviour. This is a full-time, term-time only position.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide support to students with special educational needs (SEN).
- Assist in managing classroom behaviour and ensuring a safe learning environment.
- Work closely with teachers to deliver tailored educational plans.
- Encourage and motivate students to achieve their full potential.
Requirements:
- Experience supporting SEN students.
- Patience, empathy, and excellent communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
Pay Range: £85 - £100 per day, depending on experience and position.
