Are you looking for a meaningful role where you can genuinely transform young people’s lives?

We are working with a highly supportive, therapeutic outreach service operating across London. With a strict no exclusions approach, this organisation is dedicated to engaging some of the most vulnerable, high risk, and hardest to reach young people

In this role, you will support learners who have been out of mainstream education for extended periods and are not currently able to manage a traditional classroom setting. You will play a key role in helping them re engage with learning and settle into the outreach provision

The young people you will work with may have SEMH and or ASC diagnoses, often alongside complex needs. Many have experienced trauma, including exposure to violence, exploitation, or unstable home environments. They need consistent, compassionate support, someone who can make a real difference. Could that be you

This service has a proven track record of success, supporting young people to move back into education or employment while building emotional resilience and processing past trauma. For example, one student with a history of exclusions, low attendance, PTSD, and high levels of aggression is now thriving in a specialist school, attending regularly, and actively engaging in restorative work after dedicated one to one mentoring support

This is your chance to be part of those life changing journeys

What is on offer and what we are looking for
Create tailored, holistic learning plans to support transitions back into education
Work outside of a traditional classroom environment
Make a lasting impact on young people with complex needs
Lunch and travel expenses covered during working hours
Full time availability required 8.30am to 4.30pm Monday to Friday
Willingness to travel across London to support multiple students
Confidence in managing challenging and dysregulated behaviour
A trauma informed approach and genuine passion for therapeutic support

If this sounds like the opportunity you have been waiting for, we would love to hear from you. If not, we are still happy to help you find a role that suits you!
