Salary: M1 to UPS (dependent on experience and qualifications)

The Role
As an SEMH Teacher, you will support pupils in Years 7 to 11, delivering engaging and purposeful lessons tailored to meet individual needs.
Key responsibilities include:

Delivering engaging and effective lessons adapted to support students with SEMH needs

Creating a supportive, structured, and inclusive learning environment that promotes academic, social, and emotional development

Building positive relationships with pupils to support engagement and progress

Working collaboratively with colleagues, parents, and external agencies to provide holistic support
Requirements

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) is desirable, but not essential

A genuine passion for working with young people with SEMH needs

Ability to adapt teaching strategies to meet individual learning and behavioural needs

Strong communication, resilience, and interpersonal skills
