Requirements

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)

Experience working with pupils with Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) needs

Passion for creating inclusive and engaging learning environments

Commitment to supporting students with trauma backgrounds

Ability to adapt teaching strategies to meet individual learning and behavioural needs
