Role: SEMH Support Worker
Location: Greenwich
Contract: Full-time
Rate - Range from £90 - £110 per day.
When a young person is pushing boundaries, do you see behaviour? Or a child asking for help in the only way they know how?
We are currently looking for SEMH Support Worker's for our Schools within Greenwich. This role is ideal for someone with experience supporting children or young people with Social, Emotional & Mental Health needs who is looking to work in a school setting.
You’ll be supporting pupils who may struggle with emotional regulation, communication or behaviour, helping them feel safe, understood and ready to learn.
The role includes:

1:1 and small group support.

Helping pupils manage emotions and routines.

Working closely with teachers and SEN staff.

Being a consistent and trusted adult.
We’re looking for someone who:

Has experience in education, care, youth work or similar.

Is calm, resilient and emotionally aware.

Understands that progress can be small but meaningful.
