SEMH Teacher
PRU & SEMH School Settings - East London
September 2026 Start Date
Long Term Roles only 5 days full time
Parker Smith Inclusion are looking for compassionate and dedicated SEMH Teachers who understand that for some young people, education is about far more than lessons and qualifications. Many of our students attending a PRU setting arrive having faced significant challenges, and what they need most is patience, consistency, and someone who genuinely believes in their potential.
Teaching in this type of setting offers the opportunity to work with small groups of students, allowing you to build meaningful relationships and deliver truly individualised learning. With the time and space to understand each young person’s needs, you will play a vital role in helping them rebuild confidence, develop resilience, and rediscover a positive connection with education.
This is more than a teaching role—it is a chance to make a lasting difference in the lives of young people who benefit most from care, understanding, and tailored support.
