Sometimes career progression in mainstream schools can feel a little stagnant. Your resources are stretched and the support doesn’t always feel tailored to support your students. If this sounds like your current situation, read further for a new exciting opportunity!
A specialist school in Enfield is looking for a resilient and committed SEMH Teacher to join their supportive team. You will be working closely with children that have Social, Emotional and Mental Health needs, many of which have experienced trauma. You will be making a difference by using a trauma informed approach to create a safe and nurturing environment that will cultivate a sense of value and belonging.
The school’s inclusive environment for students with SEMH, Autism, ADHD and other educational needs provide them with a toolkit that helps every individual child grow socially, emotionally and academically. You will also be provided with the chance to grow through enriched professional development, such as training apprenticeships and teaching pathways.

- A recognised Qualified Teaching Status (QTS).
- A resilient, compassionate and creative individual who is adaptable in teaching.
- Driven by collaborative teamwork to create a tailored approach to each individual’s education.
