Are you a qualified teacher seeking a role in an alternative provision?

A specialist SEMH school that nurtures children aged 11 to 18 are seeking a passionate and resilient SEMH Teacher to join their collaborative team.

This inclusive setting is rooted in trust, commitment and fairness. Using a student-centered approach that focuses on emotional wellbeing and self-esteem, you will be teaching a small class class where you can provide high levels of support and truly meet the needs of each individual learner.

 

What You Will Bring to the Role 

  • Support students to re-engage with education
  • Apply a therapeutic, trauma-informed approach to support children's behaviour
  • Deliver a fantastic curriculum to a diverse community of students
  • Be confident in behaviour management and de-escalation strategies 
  • A Qualified Teacher Status or unqualified with strong experience
