We’re working in partnership with a specialist education provider in North-West London to recruit a dedicated Teaching Assistant to support students with SEMH needs in KS3 and KS4.

✅ Experience working with SEMH students
✅ Strong behaviour management skills
✅ Ability to build consistent, positive relationships
✅ Motivated to making a lasting impact on the lives of young learners
💼 The Role:

Support Key Stage 5 learners in a practical, skills-based setting

Work closely with teaching staff to engage and motivate students
