We are working in partnership with a specialist secondary school in Barnet that provides high-quality, personalised support for students with Autism (ASD), ADHD, and Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) needs. ✨ About the Role

  • Hours: 8:30am – 16:00pm 

  • Contract: Term-time only – Temp to Perm or Contract

  • Salary: £19,000 – £22,000 (dependent on experience)

  • Start: Immediate 

You will work closely with small groups of students (maximum of 6 per class, Years 7–11), supporting both their learning and personal development. The role combines academic support with mentoring, encouragement, and strong relationship-building to help students re-engage positively with education.
