What You’ll Be Doing
- Supporting students both in and out of the classroom, particularly those with additional needs such as SEMH, autism, or learning differences
- Building meaningful, consistent relationships that help students feel safe and understood
- Working closely with teachers and pastoral teams to create an inclusive, supportive learning environment
- Adapting approaches to meet individual needs, because no two students are the same
- Being a calm, encouraging presence during challenging moments
