We are working with an exceptional therapeutic setting supporting children and young people with SEMH, Autism and complex additional needs. For over 25 years, they have been transforming lives through a therapeutic approach that helps pupils rebuild trust, confidence and engagement in education.
This isn't just a Teaching Assistant role.
You'll be supporting young people who may have experienced trauma, emotional dysregulation, exploitation or long periods away from education. Every day presents new challenges, but also opportunities to make a lasting difference.
You'll work alongside experienced professionals in a setting that operates a no-exclusion policy and genuinely believes every child can succeed with the right support.
