A welcoming, specialist, and brand new SEMH provision within a mainstream primary. This is a rewarding opportunity to work alongside an experienced SEMH Teacher, and another SEMH TA to support a small group of children with SEND and SEMH to thrive both academically and emotionally.
You'll help create a calm, inclusive and structured learning environment, build positive relationships with students, and support personalised learning that enables every young person to achieve their potential. No two days are the same, making this an ideal role for someone who enjoys working collaboratively, celebrates small successes and is committed to helping students grow in confidence and independence.
