Location: Set in beautiful countryside with large grounds and outstanding on-site provisions
Full-time | Permanent | Start Date: September
Salary: £21,000 – £30,000 (dependent on experience and qualifications)

We are a newly opening special needs school, launching this September, and we’re looking for a skilled and compassionate Teaching Assistant to join our dedicated team.

With fantastic resources and specialist provisions on site, we are committed to delivering high-quality, personalised education to young people with complex needs.
Who You’ll Support:
You will be working closely with secondary-aged students who are functioning at Key Stage 2 academic levels, and who may present with:

Autism Spectrum Condition (ASC)

Social, Emotional & Mental Health (SEMH) needs

Dysregulation and behaviours that challenge
About You:
We’re looking for someone who is:

Experienced in supporting secondary students with Autism and SEMH

Confident in de-escalation and supporting emotional regulation

Skilled in adapting learning to meet individual needs

Calm, patient, and resilient with a genuine passion for SEND
